i have a 15 gallon planted tank with corkscrew val,narrow leaf sagg,and an amazon sword.i'm quite a newb when it comes to plants but i enjoy keeping them.does anyone else keep planted tanks?

yes i currently have 2, lots and lots of hornwart sum java moss and i think its bannana plants in one and the others have lots of potted cuz there in with cichlids

cool, hey fish man, do you run co2 on your tanks?what kind of lighting do you have.i use the cheapo nutrafin co2 system and 2 standard light hoods(30 watts total).i use flourite for substrate what do you use?

sand with a lil flourite mixed in. i personaly dont use CO2 cuz im cheap. my plants gorw good with out it. i currently am using coral sumthing?? with 50 watts for my 20 galls

you can make a DIY c02 canister out of a gatorade bottle, yeast, sugar, and airline.

yea i know, how do you make them tho?. but i dont think my tanks need CO2 yet. when i get into the harder 2 care for plants i will definatly make or buy 1

I have 3 planted tanks havnt been able to get any good pics of my 2 17g but here is my 55g discus tank.. It has changed a bit so when i get my new digi ill post some new pics...

hehe i was board so i made one, the sealent is shitty tho so i had 2 re seal it 3 times now and im getting pissed but it works
