What plants will do good in low light with no Co2?

Im not too worried about middle, I just need foreground and background.

Java moss do great as foreground plants, especially i low lights, their preferred environment. Background i would suggest hygrophila polysperma and ambulia or sumtin like that.

They will all be fine :) as will cryptocoryne species , there are others these are the most common . and only the cryps really even need to be planted . :) ,
