What plants will do good in low light with no Co2?
Im not too worried about middle, I just need foreground and background.

java fern, java moss. *maybe* anubias
Java moss do great as foreground plants, especially i low lights, their preferred environment. Background i would suggest hygrophila polysperma and ambulia or sumtin like that.
