Karah Mommy is drivng to the north now and bringing all her beloving Bettas together for the journey away from hurricane! I am happy for her. :) So cool and now she don't have to worried about her babies that's left behind. I told her to pack them just like I send it to her and all the bettas will be fine. :) Just for the journey, I tell ya, she is going to have a blast, fun, joy encounter from all this trip. She can write a book for sure or even a journal about this trip. :) I hope she have a wonderful and safe trip with her beloving bettas babies. I bet she will keep talking to her betta all the way to the north. Babies bettas will keep saying " Are we there yet? Momma? "
She is an example to show how a loving betta person it is.

Oh yeah I remember that post back in TFF and then I heard about it on the news. It's great that she packed her bettas along for the trip. My prayers go out to those living in the vicinity of the hurricane. Be safe and drive safe Karah if you are reading this thread.

I am happy that Karah's mommy consult me the last. I gave her a great explaination about the whole option thing. She just make up 100% in her mind and ready to go with her bettas. I remember someone in TFF told her to leave the betta home because you can replace betta anyway. What a person he is. :dickhead: His daughter is 11 years old and going to competiting in NOVICE this year. You guys can check out that post and tells me who that person is. LOL

Well, the TFF mod is on her side because they want TEXAS to continue the chain again after 3 years texas winning in Novice section. I have to work hard and try my best to put my babies up to get the NOVICE champion this year. Cross my fingers.:)
Now you know why I am keep breeding good one. :) I need a lot so I can sellect the best to put up for competition this year.:) I will have extra and those are good to breed anyway because they do have the good gene in them. That is why I let it go so cheap to all of you member here. I hope you will continue to breed and start to compete in the future.
Novice is only for one year. Then you have to step up and kick the old dogs. A 7 year old kid just kick all the IBC old dogs asses and won the ibc champion this year. LOL So you all can do it. :)

3 minutes after yeevias babies arrive like... a week ago a big huge storm hit and all my power went out and like wow it was amazing... :crazy:

I know. It is scary things to know. Mother nature won't tell you when they will come to gets you. Don't take a change because you can't smell the dead. :)

Yeah Kelly has been let's say ghosting around in TFF meaning she's there but she doens't give any advices like a ghost. Maybe we should all put our comments in one thread saying "TFF, YOU SUCK!" but in a less aggressive manner :laugh:

So she is taking them with her then. That's good to hear. I didn't follow that thread as closly as I wanted to. Hope she and her babies have a safe trip and that nothing happens to her house!

Well, looked like the hurricane was pretty nasty (but what hurricane isn't?) but if she did get away she should be fine :) hope her fishes took well to traveling.

Is it number 4 hurricane? Yes, she have to drive north for 3 hours. I am happy she did make her final choice to bring along all her pet. As you know if you are single, pets are mostly just like your own children. If she didn't take them, she will have nightmare, crying, don't know what will happen to them and she will go more bizarre day by day past. jay

I'm home !! It was a long trip with a fussy toddler, a dog, a cat, 5 parrots and all 8 of my bettas, but we all made it, safe and sound. Mean old Dennis landed east of us and left us alone, but the peace of mind of having all my babies with me was well worth all the effort it took. Everyone is back in their tanks, no worse from all the travels. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for letting everyone know about Yeevia, and thanks for all the well-wishes everyone. :)
