Yup...now I have 4 of them :P I wanted another betta, but at the same time, with my rotten luck...I didn't. My boyfriend, Bill, was so proud of me and my first day of work, said he'd get me a present. He thought he'd get me a new betta, but after thinking about it...I rather wanted him to get me a home, then I'd get a betta, so if something bad happened, my present would still be here, so to say. I like the Aquaview Plus tanks and the MiniBow 2.5 gallons...wasn't sure which one to get, and I couldn't decide. Bill told me to close my eyes and hold my arms out. Then plopped a blue 2.5 Minibow in my arms. :D
It took me 2 trips to the fish section in the time I was at Walmart to decide on someone. I swore after Fabio I'd stick with just girl bettas...but the boys are so pretty too. Maybe Fabio's finrot is just a stroke of bad luck...and Lolita needs a man for her too...Fatima can't have all the fun ;) :laugh:
There were a couple that looked pretty sad, but with my luck, I couldn't stomach the idea of having a sick boy, then loosing him soon after, etc. The one looked like he was getting a touch of finrot, and since I have no luck with that right now, I didn't want to risk it. O.o;
I saw some very pretty marble colored ones, etc. but one wee boy stook out like a sore thumb. He's a cobalt blue color, looked healthy, and did his butt wiggle.
He, to me, looks so small...unless it's just his fins aren't large or something, but he looks small, that drew me to him as well...a witto boy. :wub:
I'll see about getting a few pics up here at the 'homestead', and maybe put a couple more up tonight at the apartment.

Having technical difficulties w/ my camera out here...I'm probably going to have to wait until tonight to upload pictures...I have Windows 98, Bill has XP...so for mine I think I have to install software that came w/ my camera, whereas Bill's I didn't have to. Arg! >.<;
I'll be to the apartment probably close to 9:00pm tonight...then you'll have your pictures...muahha! :lol:
