I have to add this because your information about this is not clear. :) As you know, betta loves live brine shrimp and they are good food to growth. :) As you know, betta never stop eating. Feeding Live baby brine shrimp are very good to raise the betta babies. Somehow, if over feeding, the tummy will get too big and the swimbladder can't growth right. Therefore, you make the babies to created not balance swimbladder and hurt the growth inside.
The timing is very important. 2 to 6 weeks old is the time where the swim bladder started to growth. Please feed the brine shrimp with the right size of amount. Don't just dump everything in all you culture BBS and feed the babies become blooching tummy. This going to ruin it. Put the right size everyday. Judge with your instinct. Put more bbs will going to kill them and not make them better. :)
Second. Feed twice per day in a good amount. If you see your babies betta got a big huge tummy, feed less. Thumb rules. :)
