I bought a tank ornament - a big ol' shark head with its mouth open for a betta to lay in. One thing I noticed when I got home though is that there was a hole in the side of it where the shark's tail wrapped around. SO I got some aquarium sealant and filled the hole in. I did that last night.

Aquarium sealant has a HORRIFIC smell, as I am sure you all know.

Someone just tell me it's supposed to smell like airplane glue, then I'll be comfortable with putting it in the tank. Yup, I'm crazy, just humor me or I won't sleep tonight. :crazy:

I really want to make some neat caves with the silicone but I don't know if the rocks in my garden are appropriate :( I guess boiling+vinegar test but still :huh:

OMG, Harvey is going to freak out and start having convulsions!! I mean, come on. He's a freak already... hah. You already stressed him out enough taking him out of the tank... hahaha. How's he enjoying the new minibow... and the lack of his plant??

Yeah, sealant smells SOOOO bad. SO bad. Don't worry. You can't really smell it after it dries.

I figure I'm going to put jaws in for a while, and he'll be petrified for a few days.

Then when i take it back out, he'll appreciate jaws being gone and stop being such a freak..

Actually I'm gonna give it to Archie cuz he has nothin in his tank but a couple plant sprigs.

Harvey's doing not too bad - he's in that room with peace and quiet all day long.

Petey, on the other hand, decided to eat his tail today.

I had a horse, long ago, named Harvey...but I changed his name to Diamond *as I was very much into an anime called Sailor Moon and they had a villian on there named Diamond...also he had a diamond shape on his forehead :)* Cute name for a fish tho ^_^

Well, Jaws is in Archie's tank.
Jaws' head is about 6 body lengths wide compared to Archie.
Archie keeps swimming through Jaws' mouth.
I don't think he has a clue what it is.
It's hilarious.
