Title: Want some IAL?
Description: Worth a new topic!

Seahorse - July 12, 2005 10:16 PM (GMT)
I ordered 25 IAL's from Singapore in very early July, and it just got here today.

I don't have any sick betta's, but I am all about natural prevention, and mimicking their natural environment is so much fun. If only those Walmart bettas I have bought over the past few months knew what they were getting into

So I intend on making a larger order around the 20th of July. I am thinking around 500 pieces. I am going to try and get expedited shipping, so they come much quicker.

Since a lot of you probably could never get some otherwise, and I love this group so much, I will ship some to whomever wants them. $3 would cover any shipping costs and help lower the cost of the IAL for me. You can include a few more dollars if you want more leaves.

Read the pinned topic about IAL up top by bkkgroup if you want to know more, it is really informative.

I'm in Michigan, USA, and as long as costs are covered, I will ship to anywhere!

Indian Almond leafs can last forever unless you wet it. It is good if you boil it because some will get fungus or mole and you don't want that in your tank. :) I prefer boil it because it is fast and kill the fungus or bacteria. :)
It is wise to have some stock in you because anything can happened and indian almond leaf are the best choice.:)
(I sound like I am :asskiss: yours. LOL)

 Okay I will boil it. The person who sold it to me said it was okay just setting it in there :bitchslap: I will go do that now.

Thanks for telling me :woo:

I have some coming from Wasan with my betta order... AND some from Calvin at www.majesticbettas.com - who I thought was pretty reasonably priced. I haven't used it yet, but like everyone else have heard a lot about it.

Hey, Seahorse - I'm in Michigan too! in Ferndale, right by Detroit. Where are you?

I notice something when I boiled the IAL. The water is much darker if you boil the IAL rather than letting the leaf take it's course.

Seahorse - I'd be very interested in buying some from you. I use the Blackwater extract now and I think its really good so I know my guys would love the leaves themselves. I'm in Indiana so shipping costs wouldn't be a problem.

Seahorse - oh... you're pretty far up there! Almost Canadian...

Eudie, sounds wonderful. Shoot me a PM whenever. One leaf will do it for a 10 gallon, so let me know how many you would want :)

Justhal: Hahah, canadian/finlander mixed accents are pretty strange. Rather amazing how much it varies up here compared to down there. I've only been around the Muskegon/Grand Rapids area.
