Very beautiful cats!
And Susan, I just LOVE that little face poking out from under that bag. Very cute.
Here are mine. :)

Charlie, my big fat cat. He's only a year and a half old, and he weighs a whopping 18 pounds. We'd like to put him on a diet, but, with the other cats around, it simply isn't feasible. We got him feral at 3 months old from outside my mother's work.

Cali, who's a year old but only weighs five pounds. She's a total runt. TINY. She's about a third of the size of her littermate brother. She also just so happens to be Charlie's niece, out of his littermate sister. We adopted her when she was four weeks old, feral. In the first photo, she's investigating my hamster Cricket's ball. In the second one, I think she was chasing a bug.

Molly, who's Charlie's sister from a different litter. She's two weeks older than Cali. The only photos I could get of her were when she was trying to sleep, because, otherwise, she was moving way too fast, or begging for rubs. This is the cat that follows me all around the house, and whines like a starving cat when I leave the house. We adopted her the same time we adopted Cali, at 6 weeks old.

Tommy, who's Molly's littermate brother. He's pretty big...13 pounds. He goes out with me to feed the horses when I do. Goes out through the garage with me, follows me to each feeding station, and then follows me back in the house through the garage. Total shadow. We adopted him two weeks after we got Cali and Molly, at 8 weeks old.

The resident oldest cat, KitKat, on my parents' bed. She's 9 years old now. We got her when she was just a baby from Petsmart's adoption program.

Here is our cat Lucky. When we got him he was almost dead and could barely walk. Now he is rotten. My daughter dresses him up in her baby doll clothes and he just lays there and lets her. It is hiliarious.

This is my kitty, Midnight... my baby!! She's almost 10 and my favorite!! Got her when she was pretty little. Guess some people just dumped her litter somewhere.

Ok, and this is Gabby. My flute teacher's neighbor wasn't allowed to have cats in her duplex, so when her landlord found out, she just dumped her out... and a year and a half later, after a cold winter, we took her in. She definitely a house cat now, that princess... hahaha.

Here's one of our cats, Kid. He was a stray we fed for a year and when we moved we brought him with us. He.... ahem, he/she (had stones in his bladder and he had to have a sex change surgery but we still respect his original sex by refering to him as he) is the most demanding cat. Pet him on demand or he'll head butt you. Feed him or he'll wake up the neighbors 3 miles away. What a silly. He's also blind in one eye.
soapiegirl - August 1, 2005 02:00 AM (GMT)
Here's our other cat, Rat. She's a stubby manx. Sweet cat, she'll drool on you if you pet her but it's a battle to catch her and hold her long enough to pet her. She has to be in the mood or she wants nothing to do with anyone. A real loner.

I am so glad to see that everyone here is like me when it comes to cats. On another forum I was slammed for taking in strays and feeding them. Here is a pic of another one of mine. Need to take pics of the others. Also have 2 show cats, will need to find there pics to post.
This is Sylvester (bet you can't guess who he's named after)

Here are my 4 pains in the butts..I mean adorable babies  All of my cats were either rescued, or strays I adopted.
Here is Mr. Kitty (white one) and Stripes. Kitty was rescued from a horrible pet store, where he was 2 weeks old, neglected and all the other babies from the litter were dead. Stripes wandered into my yard, and I fed him and let him in my garage during the winter (he was afraid of people so it was the closest I could get him to the house) when we moved, he came and has been a house kitty since. The 2 of them are like attached at the hip

Now here is my computer geek Delilah, she also was rescued from neglect at a horrible pet shop. She is 15 lbs. and sleeps in the middle of everything on my desk

Last but not least is Cougar, I found him sleeping on my car (yeah it was a cougar) and, that's how he got his name

Oh I love kitties!
Here is my beloved Dainty :D She was a barn kitty rescue. Our family friend found her when he was feeding cows in, and moved her out of the way before we actually let the cows into the barn. She had been abandoned *I'm fairly positive who the mum is* well..our very old and clumsy mamma cat, Squeeky, had 5 kittens...and I had no other way to think, but I went and petted Squeeky, pet Dainty, pet all the other kittens, Squeeky again, etc. Then put Dainty in with Squeeky and the kittens. So, she was officially adopted. Squeeky is the queen bee of mamma cats, this is the only time she has done that. I also helped by mixing up extra milk replacer or leaving some extra milk in a pail, then I'd get the lid off a dish and Squeeky and the crew would have extra milk for their breakfast and suppers. Make a long story short, I got mum to let me bring her home, heh!
