The orange is the best. :) I saw a huge flaw on the MG plakat male. The scales are not align right. Can you take a close picture to show the scales?

No, they don't. I noticed that too when he got into the tank. Kind of disappointed with that fact, but he is definitely beautiful.

In IBC standard, if the betta scales are not align, those are big flaw and count as deformation. Breeders will not using those males to breed again even the color are beautiful. The new generation will have the same output like the father as what I had read. Hopefully Dong or Siamcrowntail can tell us more about that too since I never breed it if a betta like that. Are they going to effect the offspring. Can you email the owner and ask him what he think if you breed them? Now I know why they give you another free BETTA. UHA. :whistle:

Yeah, they're from Watt (grandbetta). The Oranges are just fantastic. I personally want to breed them first... get a whole orange generation going!

You can talk to him if you want. I really would like some input from Dong or Siam here...

The oranges I plan to be breeding woo, their eyes are so sky blue, and bodys so deeply orange.

And about the MG plakat, atleast I didn't plan on showing him, hell, I'm not even an ibc member :) he's very good looking past that tho. I may breed him I have a female with him. if I do, I guess we see what happens :laugh:

Yeevia, I spoke with the breeder, he said he would send me another free betta because he felt bad, he also said he should breed good still.

Well, That is a good news and a bad news. :) Good is he wants to replace it to a new one. Bad is you have to pay for the shipping, tax, handling and a box. :)

Why yes, yes that is captain hook :) it's a wobbler I got in my cereal box, they make great tank toys, i also have jiminy cricket, and squirt from nemo :)
