Title: Just saw the cutest thing...
Saucy - August 5, 2005 05:09 AM (GMT)
Ok, so I just got thirsty and wanted to check on my dying dwarf puffer (*tear*), so I go out to the living room, kitchen and pour myself some OJ. When I'm walking back to my room, I decide to look into my 20-gallon... little Lips is lying peacefully under the leaves of a crypt plant, Arlene is comfortable at the base of some cabomba, Azure is laying in some cabomba. Up by my puffer, Nermal is curled up in the leaves of his silk.
Sleeping fishies are so cute...
So go, walk quietly to your darkened fish tanks and peer at your little guys/gals.

Whenever I see my fish sleeping, especially my bettas because they always are laying on something, I FREAK and think something is wrong. It doesn't matter how many times I see this, I still freak out constantly.
I'm glad you enjoy it though. Not sarcastically, honestly glad you enjoy watching your fish sleep.

They are cute sleeping sometimes.

Yeah, and now that all the lights off are in my room, I noticed that Jon sleeps in his pot... heh. They're so cute.
Just try it sometime. Turn off your lights, go back an hour later, very quietly, and look.

Batista's tank is in my bedroom and I can't tell you the number of times I've fallen asleep watching him sleep. Makes you want to tuck em in!

Aren't they sweet? :)
My girls all have their own plant sprig staked out, and they wedge themselves in there to sleep. Looks like a betta christmas tree!

I love that, too. Oddly though I've never seen my betta Wraith sleep. Must be something about the name.

LOL... yeah. Seeing a bright blue little girl wedged in a sprig did look slightly like a Christmas tree.
