ok if anyone remebers Gus (RIP) he died of old age or salt overdose. but i gave him salt since of his eyes. he had these white spots (one on each eye) . now Amy ,my oldest betta at the molment (about 3 years old) has a white spot on each of her eyes . what is this? Catteracts or cloudy eye? and what causes this?

usually it's cloudy eye - caused by poor water quality.
If I remember right, she's in a 1 G aquaview, right?
You should be doing water changes on her every 4 days or so.

my mom changes her every weekend (usually sunday or saturday) nothings wrong w/ the water . it mostly happens to my old bettas for some reason.
