Finn has some nasty finrot again. Changed his water and put in some meds. He still eats well however, but it listless.
Ekaitz STILL hasn’t gotten over that mild infection. Ugh. Still medicating him. Not worried, just wish he'd get over it already.
My females in my community with just the females; attacked two others. I need some help with them. The other girls were vicious and ripped them up, so I took them out and started treating them, they were fine for a while, but now they’re getting worse and worse and worse. Mild finrot has turned into advanced body rot despite my best efforts. No medication is working that I have (not even tetracycline). I feel terrible. This happened to Desire too. Other females attacked her. She just got worse until she finally died, no meds worked at all on her.
What should I do with them? Should I keep trying… or…? I mean, they look THAT bad. They still eat though... But they're not happy. They must be so frightened... ;_; If I should keep trying, give me a list of some POWERFUL meds I could use. Eh, nevermind, give me the med, I'll keep trying. I can't give up on them. ;_; They trust me, I can't murder them. If they survive, I will NEVER put them in with another fish ever again.
Rain is, thankfully, just fine after Itzal bit a chunk out of her. She’s all swimmy and happy and healing. Everybody else is fine I think.
Except I lost a female from my spawn today because I was an idiot. I had them outside to sell and I left the lid off one so the air could cool the water, to make sure it didn’t get too hot, and I spaced off and left to get a drink and was gone for longer than I first had intended. When I came back out, of course, she had jumped out and died. Augh, I feel like such a moron. I should have put the lid back on. :banghead:

Maybe it just seems like a lot is going wrong because I’m focused only on the sick fish. I have 35… Everyone else is okay. I still feel like crap. What a bad day. :needhug: ;_;

AP is what I'm using now. ;_; Poor fishes. I fed them some frozen brines (enriched with that algae stuff) today, they ate a little. It's supposed to help up their immune system.

All by their lonesomes. Finn's 1 1/2 gal, girls 1/2 gals, Ekaitz 2.5 gal (he's next to Orphius however, who is fine).
