Okay, did I get the right little air control valve? It's the little blue thing. And there's the sponge filter, is there supposed to be something covering that hole right there?
Is this all right? Can I put it in with the babies now or not?

You will want to plug the third hole on the T (the blue thing) and leave the hole on the sponge filter open, this is where the air bubbles escape drawing water with them and making the filter work. HTH

It's not a T, it's an air control valve ;)
Yeah, looks like you've got it all hooked up right. Once you put it in make sure to adjust the valve as you see fit so the current isn't too strong :)

Sorry, it looked like a T, I didn't realise that they made adjustable valves like that.
