i have my cambodian double tail red female and my red HMx male in the breeding tank, they are siblings and they are too funny

they played splashy splashy for a few hours and then the female destroyed the bubble nest, well a few minutes later she was like 'no wait i take it back' so she started helping him rebuild the nest in between they would try to do their thing

it was so funny, he figured it out so he would do his little bit and go still, float to the bottom, well she just sat there, looked at him and then swam off in frusteration it seemed

i dont mean to be vulger but it was very much "yeah that was nice - too bad i didnt feel a thing" so she is now mad and he is confused

Bettas are like humans, they flirt, fall in love, and break apart. We hope to get some more updates soon. DT/HM, is that what you're trying to go for?

yeah i love her double tail and he has better finnage than her, she has the best color though, very much like synirrs fish mini she has a solid pink body and red fins

she is a complete girly fish!!

yaaah we have eggs

most are on the bottom, i guessed they didnt quite figure that part out, Ive counted about ten in the nest though so fingers crossed!

the eggs in the nest were infertile, i guess thats why my male wasnt too interested in them

so i am giving that pair a break and giving my crownmoon cellophane male and his blue crowntail sister a try

Aww, don't worry Feral, it happen to me too. My first spawn, the male did not know how to breed or something like that. There were no eggs at all and boy was I pissed :laugh:. Good luck with your next try :drunk:
