I assume looking at several of the links you are looking for a product review, or are you asking if these are suitable for your application?

i'm selling the items.
most of the equipment I bought for a 540g reef among other projects but don't have the 20k to complete them. :banghead:

Oooouch! That sucks!

540 Gallons, man what a tank!!! I am profusely drooling at the thought of a tank that size!!! I would imagine that a good grip of "fun dollars" would be needed to just maintain that baby much less put it together! Maybe one day............

I have a fiberglass tank with glass viewing window to use as a fuge, that was going to be bonsai mangroves and on the other side of the wall would have been the 240g display tank.
i'm in the process of turning the fuge into a stingray, arowana dat tank. it's 8'x3'x18".

That just sounds too cool. Im jealous beyond words!!!

So you are using Mangroves in the Refugium? Most of mine in my refugium have been neglected a bit but I am about to replensh the stocks of these and set this up on the 75 I just set up when the parts for my sump finally get here.

hareball - April 10, 2005 06:51 PM (GMT)
I planned on it but stopped before getting everything set up.

your system sounds good. are you doing sps?

DannyBoy17 - April 10, 2005 09:51 PM (GMT)
Hareball, where do you live.

Also, have you looked into Cichlids? a 540g tank would be something else, if it were filled with Dwarf Cichlids, or larger South American cichlids.

hareball, you bet I am...there arent many things that are for certian but I am a hardcore "Certified SPS Freak" without a doubt and should probably be "committed" for phyciatric evaluation at the very least!

nice :D

dan, i'm in new jersey.
I currently have a 240g heavily stocked with oddballs. i'm looking to build a 8'x6'x4' to hold most of what I have in the 240g.
once my 8'x3'x18" is finished being glassed it will have my 6 arowana, 13 dats and 6 rays.
