Thanks Vip,

The male is at about 1 1/2 inches and the female is just shy an inch. I also have 12 juvies that are a little less than 1/2 in.

They remind you so much of a cichlid in their looks, but are actually a killie. They have been cleaning the hair algae out of my tank pretty good.

They are nice little fish somewhat like cichlids, but they need a bit cooler water and get to about 2"

Yours look pretty chunky susan, I can tell you take good care of them :P

Thanks dwarf, they are well taken care of as you seen. I now have eggs from them, but not messing with them at this time. Not enough tanks. I have cory fry and clown killie fry in my small tank and it would be somewhat over crowded, and I believe the other fry would eat the flag fry as they started hatching. I will try and hatch them next time.
