while it wasn't all that extreme as far as terrain is concerned(mostly firetrails with a few hairball climbs and descents) it was a fun little 2 day trip. we ended up on a trail called bartlett springs road in between highway 16 and 20 in the northern sierra mendocino national forest near clear lake california. here are some pics from the trip.

yeah punky it is beautiful up there, very serene peaceful atmosphere.

nici, about the only thing i did up there was drink a shitload of beer the night before and traveled the trails the next day and took pics. no fishing this time around but i'm already planning to go back soon.
