Hey guys, my lombardoi just had her babies, this is the 1st time this has happened to me, it is very exciting coz i have had the pair of lombardois since they were fry/juvinile, anywayz, i was wondering wtf do i do? what do i feed them? how do i care for them?
i have stopped running the normal filter and am just running a powerhead because i was scared they could get sucked into the filter, but because of the tank is looking pretty damn dirty, can i do a water change? or do they die from to much change? anyone out there that could give me a hand would be very much appreciated!

SO....Is she still holding the babies in her mouth? Or has she already released them?

You can keep running your filter, just put a peice of pantyhose over the intake...

When released you can feed them aither Hakari first bites or other fry food, or make some of your own by realy finly grinding some fish foods, the hard kinds, not flake, gring it to about the grain of salt or sugar, smaller if possible.

yeh she has released them, i have been grinding up the food, and they r getting into it, thanks for the help, so ill just get some stockings and put it over the intake and should be all good, thanks guys
