hey steve,they have had a couple of broods but they are in with the rams so only 2 of the babies survived.the one in the lower left corner is one of them.:)

When i do get some good pics, i use Windows paint to cut and crop. For example, this is what i would do to that photo to eliminate all the unnessisaries (sp??)....Hope u dont mind....

how do you tell if guppies are about to give birth, or how far away they are from birth?

well, to me the fish develope rounded bellies. i don't know how to tell how far along they are. don't know too much about guppies though as this is the first time i've kept them.:)

any one know much about guppies i have 2 males and about 4 females that i want to breed for feeders but they only had fry once and i cant get them to breed again any advice would be great

I have found feeding them good food, like frozen brine shrimp gets them going. Re the how far along, as they get fatter you'll see a discolouration forming at the back of their gut cavity & this'll keep groing - it's the fry - towards the end you'll be able to see eyes & stuff. They tend to pop in about 28 days, give or take, IME.
