More information can be found on the site. Don't know if this will do much but it's worth a try in my opinion.
If you believe in the cause please email the link to all your friends and tell them to email it to their friends, maybe a chain email will get the word out fast.

Done, I don't know if it will help as I am in MN, but it's worth a shot.

It took a long time and court battles to get wolves re-introduced into NM.

Why were they taken away in the first place?

Why were they taken away in the first place?

Here in the US the wolf was hunted to near extinction because they were considered a threat to people and livestock, what people didn't realise is that Mother Nature has a grand design that we need to leave alone. Without the wolf to help controal populations there has been a dramatic rise in the deer population as well as several small animals, rabbits, squirrels, and rodents. Several of our large predatory animals are in the same situation due to percieved threat and urban sprawl. Personally I feel that the animals were here first and if you want to live in their territory you should be willing to share it with them.

Ah, the "human knows best" syndrome!
How many times around the world has this happened I wonder? Taking things away or adding new things has never in the long run given good results. :banghead:

So many humans seem to think that this country would never survive without man. Funny thing is, larger human civilization didn't even start to occur until 1492, and this country got along just fine with Europeans. Native Americans lived with the land, they didn't fight against it.

That is just one of the reasons why I am proud of my heritage.

I'm mostly European, only a little bit Cherokee.

We have tonnes of wolves here... where i used to ride my horse i always ran into the same pack of them with their puppies.... we kept our distance but god it was awesome...

i was also driving back in the middle of a thunderstorm from my ex's place and I hit a black wolf... i had some sort of ministry all over me.. lecturing me about "BLAH BLAH BLACK WOLVES ARE RARE IN THIS AREA" and here's me .. bawling my eyes out in the middle of the highway....

Black wolves are more common in some areas than others.

Just FYI, there are 305 signatures total now, but we need 15,000.
