How big should khuli's be when you buy them? I just found some at a local store that were about 1 inch long for $1.89 each, they looked so tiny in the tank that I am wondering if that is a "safe" size to get them at.

Ive never kept them myself but that size sounds ok to me as they only max out at about 3in, pus they are big hiders my mate has a few kuhli's in his tank and he hardly ever see's them.

I'll probably need a magnifying glass to find them when I get the 55 set up :laugh:

When I got my Kuhliis they where almost max size. I had them in a 55 Gallon and I saw them all the time..rather active little guys... It's amusing watching them swim back and forth at the top of the tank. :)
