Diagnosis of diseases and other health concerns are much easier if we have pictures. Since people who have sick fish are not often able to take pictures i thought it may help if we all pooled our resources together to create an album of disease and afflictions with some write ups on treatments.

Please respond to the this thread with an attached image and what you believe it to show. If at all possible please reduce the size to 600 pixels wide, though this can always be done after. Please only submit your own images or those that you have permission to use.
