Firstly 10 000 days peresents the 27 years MJK mum lived after having her first stroke ( 27 years ) and secondly ive heard alot of rumours that the album that has been leaked buy tool intentionally as a joke on all of us stingy downloaders ( i plan to but the album anyway )

Most people are saying that its a collection of old songs they never realesed and the actual album is going to be completly different. If thats the case my hat goes off to Tool for completley fooling the world, but i couldnt imagine that if that rumour is true that these songs are old unrealsed material its just too damn good.

Im not an obsessed fan but i do understand tool and how intricate and deep their music is, alot of people dont. People want catchy mainstream tunes that they can sing along to and thats all, they wont even actually read the lyrics and find their meanings.

Tool takes listeners on an epic journey on subjects ranging from politics, life and death to the reasoning of our exixstence. Ive found the latest album to be more focused on death but not in your usual death metal band screaming out growling sounds that they seem to think is singing coupled with raw instrumentals which isint my cup of tea. Ehen im listening to Tool if feel so overwhelmed by my thoughts like no other band has ever done.

I could keep going on and on but i wont, i guess alot of people will never enjoy the intense passion that overcomes fans when we listen to possibly the greatest non mainstream band of the past decade. Im done now just had to say all that jay
