I have access to CO2 canisters 22oz for $27 and $5 to refill it.

What I am wondering is .................. is there some type of regulator or valve that I could get to drasticly slow the flow so that I could use it for my 55gal?
The tanks are for paintball guns and are supposed to be able to shoot 600 balls 300 feet.
