I was hoping that someone could give me a few tips for taking pictures of fish in their tanks!? All the ones i take either have the flash showing on the glass or are blurry if i don't use a flash!
Thanks very much for any help that you can give me!!!
To take the best pics, turn off your flash on your camera, it takes to get a good shot but its well worth it as the flash only washes out color.
If you cant turn off your flash then point your camera down a little but and take the shot.
Hope it helps.
Try takingthe pictures at an angle to the glass to minimize glare. Tape tissue over teh flash to mute it.
If at all possible get enough light over teh tank to allow you to not use the flash.
I angle my camera upwards on an angle so the flash goes up..
I also use the macro setting on my camera so it captures closeup detail..

Dont stick your camera right to the glass... experiment, use the zoom feature and then slowly move the camera inwards...
