Title: Elephant Nose Fish

Ive had this fella for a couple of months now, he seems fine but I never know if he's eating enough or not, he does definately seem abit leaner since we first got him but he's fine, does anybidy have any tips for feeding them, he's in a community tank so its not easy getting the food down to him, and he's abit shy and timid so that dosent help.

Congrats on a great fish, I had one myself a while ago whitch died because of a stupid mistake by me..

For eating try turning off the lights as the light hurts these guys eyes (what ever they have left of them) and feed them frozen bloodworms, just sprinkle them around the tank as the defrost.

I agree, frozen food at night will be the best way to get them to start eating. Also try live brine shrimp :)
