i love the way they look, and the fact that they eat feeders. are they hardy? are they hard to take care of? will they be good with needlefish? eh? EH??? :joint:
Gobies and gudgeons IME are quite hardy, but if they have a diet strictly consisting of feeder fish, they will not be very healthy. They, like any fish, should have a healthy and balanced diet, they can be given feeders as a treat, but these fish are not piscivores.
I have not kept needle fish, but most fish do well when kept with fish of the gobidae family, as long as said fish can't eat the goby/gudgeon :)
