I was bored. about an hour ago. i took the scissors and literally took chunks out of the side of my hair. it was ugly. so i took a razor and now i got 5,0clock shadow sideburns: and.. that whole general side area. lol


At least it's the weekend. eh? no public appearances until im comfortable w/ it



This ain't a rant. Im glad i did that. my hair is a natural sandy-blonde/light brown-curly. and i hate it. now, i've learned a way to fashion my hair without sides. ( plus dyeing it white would cut donon the *side* area, and i've been wanting to dye it white for a few years.

Imagine me with a white tumbleweed on my head.

I was 15, I got a perm which fell out within 3 days but the lady had a 30 day guarantee and told me to come back at the end of the month because she was going to order some more powerful chemicals. 2weeks later I decided to lighten my hair a little bit so I used Sun-in, big mistake, it turned my hair from dark brown to carrot-top red :omg: :wtf: I had a friend go get me another bottle of the stuff and ended up with white-blond hair, 2 weeks later I went in for my replacement perm, I wanted a spiral and it was ok until I washed it, I ended up with a white afro about a foot high :tdown: :wtf: about a month later I had to take school pics.

I have NEVER colored my hair since!!!

all-in-all im dyeing it because i have always hated my hair.

I used to get my head shaved last year, now I have it grown longer (4-5", curly-ish). That's enough change for me :laugh:

I don't think I would ever dye my hair, dirty blonde is fine for me :P

Okay here is a good one. I decided to get highlights in my hair one time. So I went and bought one to do at home. I decided to let my mom do it. It didnt hurt to bad her pulling my hair through the net. The worst part came when she decided to put a towel around my head with the stuff still in my hair. When she thought she had left it in long enough she took off the towel and my hair was smoking. We were so afraid to take off the net and wash my hair. Thank goodness everything came out all right but I did have really blonde hair for about 2 months. That has never happened nor will never happen again. :lol:

well, my hair was 3" long before i went into the 'salon' (supercuts) and, i told her i wanted an inch taken off, well, she apparently couldn't under stand me, because, now i have 1'2 an inch left, and, maybe a 1/4 left on the side and back, i live near the border, but, there is no reason to take off that much, when i asked for only an inch off.


but, yeah, when i go accross the border to my best friends house, all of us (5 guys) are going to change our hair cuts, i am getting highlights, but, LOL, the one girl has to get green, and, blue stripe, :D i'll get a pic when ever it happens.

Tyler, I can sympathise, the last time I had anyone other than family trim my hair it went very badly. The woman was supposed to have gone to school for hair styling, yeah right. I told her 1/2 inch off all the way around, my 2 feet of hair became collar length and crooked as hell, my Hubby had to literally DRAG me out of her house, I was going to seriously hurt the bitch! I found out later that she did it intentionally because she couldn't grow her hair out more than 6 inches. :pft:
