ok here are a few pics...
I did a 50% water chenge on Saturday...the fish were perfectly fine....no problems sunday...then monday came along....and I noticed something wrong with an eye on one of my blood parrots...and one of my clown loaches is covered in ich..... :(

ph-7.6
ammonia-0
nitrite-0

I dont have a test kit for nitrates....GH and everything else is fine though

There seems to be a lot of stuff floating around in the tank now and sticking to the sides of the tank

You might have killed off most of the good bacteria because of such a large water change. Causing nitrates to build up and stress out the fish...which might be the reason why your loach has ich and your parrot has (I think) a bacterial infection on the eye. I'd do some smaller water changes (treated with dechlorinater), add meds that treats bacterial infections, and isolate the loach and treat it with a mild ich med.

I'd also check and see if there has been any recent construction that may have laced the water with polutants.

Looks like a bacterial bloom, did you wash the filter media in tap water?

ok...I didnt mean to do such a large water change....but I ended up doing it....about a week or 2 before that...the dog got at the filter and somehow got the top off....so instead of the filter pumpin the 90 gallons of water back into the tank....the filter pumped it all over our living room floor...

I did so much of a water change because I had to do a gravel vac.....I think when I got the clown loach...he had the ich or whatever....because there was nothing wrong with anything until I got him....

no I didnt rince the filter out with tap water....I rarely ever rince it and if I did...I would use water from the tank

Just checking. FYI Ich is in your water at all times, it only manifests itself when the fish are weak. I would guess that the large water change triggered a mini cycle, might not hurt to check your parameters or have your LFS do it for you.
