are you trying the epsom salt thing? what about peas? would he eat them and don't they help clear out the digestive tract as well?

You're right on, today he is getting peas and another epsom salt bath late tonight.
I have also begun researching a fish oil enema in case the peas do not get things moving.
Update:
Early this morning he was put in an epsom salt bath (2 teaspoons/gal) for ten minutes.
As of now he is showing improved pectoral fin movement, a complete lack of clamping there. He is able to keep himself at or below 45[sup]o[/sub] where as before he was swimming on his head. The areas that were looking grey or pale have all but reverted to blue excluding the area right near his anus.
He has yet to poop, but I am working on getting peas into his system.
