Title: Baby Fancytail(MAYBE?)

robyn975 - January 7, 2007 02:01 AM (GMT)
Hello All!

I have a tank that is currently housing 6 whiteclouds and a couple of fancytails. I just found a baby wedged about 2 inches under the graval. I don't want it to be stuck, but i don't want to free it and have id eaten. Is this a normal behavior? would it be a minnows baby? or the is the fancytail a better guess right now since it bears live? I have only seen this one baby. Aren't there usually about 20?
Thanks!!
Happy New year

fancytail..... guppy?

If it is a livebearer fish, then yes it's their fry, and the only reason you only saw one is because your gravel may be too large, and the white clouds will suck them up in a blitzkrieg.
