Well, it has been eight months and a lot happenned.
A sudden move home to my mothers fish free zone resulted in a massive tank shuffle. Fortunately mother dearest manages medical practices and I talked her into letting me set the four footer up at a surgery.
So five tanks became one! A very disjointed community consisting of common and albino Bns, whiptail cats, empire gudgeons, glass cats, rainbows and peacock gudgeons.
Fortunatly there were no casualities during a very extended stay in plastic bins in the bedroom whilst all was finalised.
I have just pulled one of the two footers out of storage and set it up at my new place, so now the albino Bns and their brood, the whiptails, and some newly aquired spotted blue eyes are playing happy housemates.
I am so glad to be back into it and have a lot of fishy plans for the future! Will keep you posted!
Glad to hear that everyone's ok, and good to see you again! jay
Two foot home tank - still a way to go!
Looks good to me, has a "Mayan" feel to it.
Mayan hey? Looks like a cleaned out the four footer and made a catfish friendly tank to me! - It will get there though!
The dark substrate, plants and terracotta give the feel, it is an excellent contrast. I look forward to it as it develops.
