We're getting ready for new fish and I'd like some easy kid friendly recs. I moved an oversized angel from my ten to a 55 and all I have in the 10 now is 1 fem guppy and a rosy barb. The barb is probably already 3 yrs so I don't know if I want to get more of those, although they were very hardy. I probably will get a new guppy pair to go with female, does it matter if I match the breed? I also thought I might get a baby pleico, we have a little algae in the tank and I can move him into the new 55 if he gets too big and just flake him. What else might work?
