VIP, what exactly do you want to do to it? Is it like stucco or what?
Over here "render" means to boil animal fat to remove the impurities, what does it mean over there?

Render, like when you render a house, the whole house or just the front is in like concrete and then you paintit a color.

Ok, over here it's reffered to as Stucco.
You basically attach chicken wire to the house and use a trowel to apply your concreat/stucco/plaster or whatever media you are using.
It is technically easy but a messy job, it can be done with a power sprayer if you can find the right attachments to do it with, your local home improvement store should be able to tell you where to rent one.
