Hey i posted one topic already but i was hoping that posting it again maybe someone would see it! I went to school this morning and my molly was fat (i assumed with babies) but then when i got home, her bulge was gone and there was no fry to be found. She had been isolated for several days, i assume everything right in the tank but i am new to aquariums so i need help! Please if you know anything that could help me let me know!

I would say she ate to much, or she ate the young as mollys tend to do this after birth. When they are giving birth there in like a trance, this gives the fry a chance to swim away and hide from the mother or predators, but in this case it doesnt look like they could hide in time.
Dont stress, mollys breed very easy. maybe this time set her up in a net in the tank or somthing and make a hole big enough only for the young to get through.

You can go with a breeding net/trap or put lots and lots of live plants in the tank (Java moss is a good one). You may find in a week or so that the fry didn't all vanish, fry are good at finding hiding places. I thought I lost my entire first drop of Platty fry because I saw one get eaten and didn't see any more in the tank, about a week later I had 5 fry swimming around.

I also have a pregnant white skirt tetra in the separate tank.. will she eat the molly fry?

In the fish world there is a rule "If you can fit in my mouth you are food" this goes for any fish, fry, eggs, snails etc. so yes they will eat the fry.

like someone else mentioned, a fry catcher is a great way to protect the babies from mom.
There is one that's not a net... what I think happens is... mom can swim through one part of it while she's pregnant... she drops her fry which fall to a compartment in the water below where the other fish and mom can't get them. You can release mom, then release the fry when they're big enough.
I wish I could remember what it was. I saw one at Petsmart... there was one for mollys and guppies.
