OK, about two weeks ago i purchased a pair of lyre tail mollies, The female was very pregnant and i expected her to give birth any time, after a week i came home to find that she was skinny, and some what shriveled and very sluggish, there were no babies to be found! So, for the last week i have been keeping an eye on her and yesterday i noticed that she had a small lump where i presume the babies would have come out and there was a yellow spot in the middle of it, today i looked at her and found that the lump was much larger, and that it had a reddish color to it, like it was bleeding or even irritated, the scales are being pushed out around that area and i am very worried! What could it be? Is it contagious? What should i do? I'm freaking out! :?:
i can attach picture if you need it
