Title: Feeding my Betta
Description: What to use

Hi, I'm going on vacation for a week and I'm not sure what to give my Betta to eat while I'm gone. Will he eat the standard feeding blocks? Don't want to come back to a floater you know. Suggestions?

Can you get someone to feed him while you are gone?

If not I think they can do a week with out food.

I would try to find him a babysitter. If you cant get someone to feed him I would suggest letting him go without food, it would be less stressful for him to be hungry than taking a chance of an ammonia spike from decomposing food.

Thanks glaive and dtroup. I think I'll just let him go without food. Like you said dtroup, somebody might way over feed him and cause a serious problem. Better the devil you know then the one you don't! :thanks:
